Premises
The 70 sqm, divisible seminar room on the ground floor is available throughout the winter with 45 seats for your events. Tables, chairs, a kitchen, washing machine and kitchenware are at your disposal. The team at the Water Sports Centre will be happy to organise catering services and overnight accommodation nearby for you on request.
The cafeteria on the upper floor is glazed on three sides and invites connoisseurs to a snack on the sun terrace (south-east facing) and on the lake terrace (north-west facing) with a magnificent view of the entire lake. The Water Sports Centre building is also eco-friendly, with solar collectors that heat the water and feed electricity into the public electricity grid.
The Centre extends over 4 floors:
- Basement 2: Large winter storage for the sailing boats; workshop for boat repair with exhaust air system; covered forecourt for repair work and boat washing.
- Basement 1: Storage room extending over the entire floor area, for storing sails, rowing boats and surfboards; forecourt for leisure activities.
- Ground floor: Large, divisible seminar room; rooms for course leaders; changing rooms, showers and toilets; emergency shelter.
- Upper floor: cafeteria glazed on three sides with small kitchen attached; a veranda to the southeast (“sun terrace”) and a veranda to the northwest with splendid view over the lake district (“lake terrace”).
Hiring
Below you will find the current rental prices for the rooms at the Water Sports Centre. The daily rates are excluding cleaning and locking service. The rooms can also be hired by the hour. It is not possible to hire the rooms for private functions.
The prices are made up of the rental costs and a flat-rate fee for ancillary costs and each include the value-added tax incurred depending on the equipment. For detailed information and prices please write an email.
